GNT did an amazing job on our loft conversion, so when it came to building our extension, we did not think twice about calling them again. The extension has exceeded our expectations, with the job completed in a few months with minimal disruption and to a high standard. It has transformed our house, making it the family kitchen we have always wanted. We can now share meal times in a great space and entertain. Have used Genti and his team many times over the past 5 years. From an extension to smaller jobs, knocking down walls, kitchens and bathrooms in a couple of different properties, they have carried out the work to a very high standard and timely way. Genti and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Genti has very high standards for his work. He is friendly and responsive. He listened to our ideas and brought them to life. Our extension is beautiful and gets lots of compliments. We are so happy with it and having lived in it for a long time now, it has stood the test of time. Genti was on site when he said he would be. We always knew where we were with the budget - if we wanted or needed an upgrade to what was in the original quote, this was outlined clearly and openly beforehand so we knew where the money was going. When you're having the bottom half of your house knocked out to fit in bifold doors it can be quite daunting! Genty and his team delivered on all fronts. GNT Construction have been excellent from start to finish! Genti and his team have all been super and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The team refurbished our entire house, including a new kitchen, four new bathrooms, a garage conversion and multiple new room configurations. As well as building work, this included decorating and a new heating and boiler system. The house was also re-wired. The work was all finished to an extremely high-quality and the team were brilliant throughout. No delays, great communication, courteous and neat and tidy. We have had the team back a few times since the main building work as we had some further work they helped us with and they will always be our go-to builder. So pleased we found GNT Construction. GNT Construction installed some skylights for us in an already existing single storey extension with a pitched roof. Ginty and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very careful to protect the interior of the house and ensure minimal disruption. They always turned up on time, were very polite and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the skylights, which we were very happy with. We would be more than happy to recommend them and would definitely use them for other building work we have done in the future.

Genti was recommended to us by Merstham Glass for work needed to add missing lintels before we could proceed with new windows. Genti and his co-worker have done a great job for us, starting and finishing the work on time, on budget and the brick laying done to a high standard to re-use bricks where possible and to match the brickwork so closely to the original.
